Terms and Conditions

• Holiday Car Hire does not guarantee a model or a make of vehicle but a category (number of doors, seating.). The vehicle given by the rental agency may be different than the one cited as an example.
  
• Unused days are non-refundable - In case of an extension of the contract on site, applicable rates will be higher than Holiday Car Hire's' prepaid rates.
  Options are given for information only. Any options are payable on site and subject to change without notice.
• Cancellation

                   HCH offers free cancellation on your car hire up to 72 hours prior to pick up. 

                   Should your flights change with new timings, please advise ASAP and amendments are FOC

• PAYMENT - Holiday Car Hire offer fully inclusive rates and should you be picking up in the next 8 weeks - full payment is required. Should your booking be outside of the 8 weeks, then a deposit is taken to secure the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to pick up. 
• Our systems scans the suppliers and should your booking decrease in price, then you have the option of cancelling and re-booking and the reduced rate. There is no charge for this however, if you have already paid your full payment then the refund will be processed into your bank. - not credit card.
